Yup..... dunno which smart axx place a kerb there? Seen some big cars need to reverse then able to enter the CP

 

The kerb outside the CP entrance makes it impossible for big cars to make a wide turn and enter

 

That person that did it must either not be a car owner/driver or drive a ultra small car

I hate parking at the basement car park of Queensway Shopping Centre.....

 

Each parking lot is very close together and I will avoid the said car park unless necessary to buy some sports prizes.....

it's always guarded. if it's not, then it's high chance that it's not an elite

The car park at wheelock place (Borders) is very steep.

Need to pull handbrake and stop in the middle of the steep slope for barrier to be lifted up. I think need to insert cash card into the machine or something.

 

Wonder if a Kia Picanto (with 3 other passengers) could start off in the middle of such slope to continue with the climbing. Would appreciate inputs from Picanto (or Getz 1.1M) owners.

 

 

last time i drove a subaru vivio (only 660cc).

got once i was driving into a complex carpark with a steep slope. Got 5 pple in my car (including me), and the bladdy gantry is at the middle of the slope...

after the barrier opened, i got "dead engine" a few times before i can use 1st gear to ram it all the way up...

really trained up my manual driving skill...

And if turning from where the Hotel is, I always go to the opposite lane.... Scare my rims kena injury

Yup.... that's one place where I try to park as precise as possible.

 

Another place with narrow parking lots is at Lido.... terrible sia! Some of the lots are along the slope. So sometimes car doors kena banged

Problem with Queensway basenment carpark is that there are too many pillar. Regardless of car size, one side of the doors will always be obstructed by the pillar if the car is properly park withing the lot.

I always wonder how does those sports car owner feel when their ride is facing directly at the exhaust of a van or a truck? or when people are "looking down" on them?
