Price quite pricey but imo best in Singapore.....

another branch of marutama is at liang court, 2nd floor too

santouka at central is good too; ippudo at mandarin as well

sad that they dont have ichiran in sg; my fav when I was staying in japan

Mid Price Range would be the Jap corner at Food Republic at Suntec, i forgot the name. I have been eating with them since they were at Bugis food court.

 

Higher price range, Also, i like another Jap buffet, approx $45 per pax (after +++) worth the price.

I have a question.

There is one ramen shop called, Ichimonji Ramen located at 392 East Coast Rd, Singapore 428992. I went there a few times to eat the ramen there. 
But I went back there last year but it was closed down.

 

Anyone know where it has moved to?

Kotobuki. I go to the one at zhongshan mall. But theyre a bit pricey. Really like their minced beef cutlets with the sweet tangy black sauce.
