Gantan88 Clutched February 3, 2008 Share February 3, 2008 (edited) Received a brochure on this several months ago: SIN-CAR RESCUE CARE Providing roadside assistance services specially dedicated for Singaporean motorist driving in Peninsular Malaysia 60, Pemimpim Terrace, Coral Park, Singapore (575967) (65)-91634907 (Sin), (607)-3514216 (M'sia) I did a search online and didnt find any proper website for it. Jamjammer Neutral Newbie February 13, 2008 Share February 13, 2008 Bro, If you are buying travel insurance to Msia, there's one that comes with free roadside assistance. So it's 1 stone to kill 2 birds. Think quite good for family man like me. Family insurance protection + Roadside car assistance FOC
Gantan88 Clutched February 13, 2008 Author Share February 13, 2008 You tried? I have second thoughts on this service because it doesn't even have a proper website. Actually come to think of it, if i kanna play out by them, it is only few dollars, nothing much to lose. Just need to find alternatives if i run into trouble on M'sia roads

Jamjammer Neutral Newbie February 14, 2008 Share February 14, 2008 I didnt try what sin-car rescue care. I discovered that there is a travel insurance plan that provides insurance protection and roadside assistance. Some of the recovery are subsidised if you ran into trouble with the car. Think this is quite good as you dont want your holiday to be ruined just because of flat tires, batteries and worst some unexpected car problem that need to be towed back to Singapore. Jamjammer Neutral Newbie February 14, 2008 Share February 14, 2008 Sure, but I dont gain anything from this and also have not try them before so dont know about their level of customer service from their SOS helpline. It's called MayVoyage from MayBank. They have a plan specially tailored to driving to Msia. I intend to try them when I make a trip to Msia next month. Maybe some bros here have any such experience on this can share with us?
