Spas Neutral Newbie January 21, 2008 Share January 21, 2008 (edited) I'm kinda interested in this phone. I don't mind the lack of FM Radio - wouldn't have a chance to use it anyway. Any MCFers here using one? What do you like about it? Any issues? How about the battery life? How long does a full charge last you with normal usage? How's the touch sensitivity? How's messaging like? Do you use the stylus, or is the HTC touchscreen keyboard sufficient and easy to use? Sniperben Neutral Newbie January 21, 2008 Share January 21, 2008 are you aware that htc cruise will be release end of this month or latest, after CNY? why not make a short hold.. price of touch enhanced might drop somemore.. or by that time, you might fall in love with the htc cruise.. Spas Neutral Newbie January 21, 2008 Author Share January 21, 2008 Eee. HTC Cruise damn ugly la. And it's bigger than the Touch. I want the Touch cos it isn't too expensive, small enough and sufficient for my needs. Cruise is a multimedia-centric PDA phone la. I'm strictly a business user. So really have no need for the extra computing power.

Spas Neutral Newbie January 22, 2008 Author Share January 22, 2008 Quote processor for the touch enhanced is 1 times slower than the cruise.. ram and rom is the same.. One times slower? Doesn't that mean it's JUST AS fast then?

Yaloryalor 5th Gear January 23, 2008 Share January 23, 2008 My wife using this model. Just bought only. I would say this phone is slim and nice looking. Battery life is good, dun have to charge everyday. Normal use per day battery life will drop from 100% to about ~ 65%. Touch sensitivity is ok/ normal. SMS is not as easy as normal key pads, standard for PDA phone. For me finger too big so need stylus. haha.. Overall its a simple PDA phone!
Epr0mlse 2nd Gear January 23, 2008 Share January 23, 2008 Touch phones has no stylus provided.. Touch Cruise launching next month, wait for price to drop..
Spas Neutral Newbie January 23, 2008 Author Share January 23, 2008 Yea, i heard it was good. And tell your wife to visit HTC website. Can download special HTC keyboards - there's a qwerty one with bigger buttons so can use fingers. And another number pad keyboard (hence even bigger touchscreen buttons) so can sms as though it's a regular phone. It's free. It's official HTC software. I heard the earlier HTC Touches don't have them installed. Later models, and the latest Enhanced version have. Besides, don't matter since you can download from HTC website for free. Other WM6 users also can download. :) ↡ Advertisement
