My personal experience. avoid the NTUC if possible...

Few of my wife's friends recommended NTUC leh.

I think its the place that matters and not as a whole.

Perhaps u had one bad experience and presume all are bad

 

I was thinking of sending her to childcare centre at Akira, opp IMM.

Heard not bad.

u based on NTUC as a car insurance izzit

 

my gal was in Y*CA for a some times.... horrible experiences.... i nearly broke their cupboard on the day I pull her out.

 

have been putting her @ NTUC since (although its much further away).... very cheerful & more expressive.

 

I would recommend NTUC Childcare anytime. Good class plan & they even have a account for parent to access

 

Different NTUC Centre might have difference though. We put ours in Bt Batok East CC

Ive experienced mine with Y*CA.

actually why we chose NTUC..... is thru referral from those teachers who resigned from Y*CA.....

 

last heard tat some of the parent from Y*CA has complaint to MCYS liao

i wanted pull out then, they insist i need pay for whole mth although it was only 1-2 days into the new mth. So I go to mcys. The rest is history

I bang on the cupboard.... think I crack it somehow..... & demand their top ppl call me.

 

Told them I will pull out immedaitely..... & i want my deposit back......

 

they return us the deposit & prorated fees

for our case.... i dun mind the incident.... but its the way they shun & avoid responsibilities tat got me pissed off

after the referral to mcys, i went back to do rest paperwork and collect kid, the teacher saw me with eyes and mouth open - as if she just seen a dracula

the one i kana was the $$$ face principal loh anyway she kana jialat from me then

sama sama.... for us.... its the supervisor failure to control her teacher which result in a lot of problems.

 

I scold both of them in the presence of the kids.

 

Then the top ppl still can call me & say.... they know the problem but the teacher is very stubborn & need to be advise "appropriately"

 

TMD.... is tat my problem
