Darkness Neutral Newbie January 10, 2008 Share January 10, 2008 btw if u go to the unit/camp DO (Dental Officer) it is free for the general stuff atleast. As to whether it is good or not depends on the DO itself.
Typhoonz 4th Gear January 10, 2008 Share January 10, 2008 Go to your camp's dentist first... Any procedure that he / she cannot do, get them to refer you... It's way cheaper with their referral...
Garlic 1st Gear January 10, 2008 Share January 10, 2008 Yep, just make an appointment with the medic at the medical centre. I developed a funny rash during my service and MO referred me to NSC, did not pay a single though the wait was very long, rash was almost healed when I went there. Ahdi Neutral Newbie January 10, 2008 Share January 10, 2008 NO. unless u were to book an appointment at ur camp designated medical centre from other camp.Purely SAF internal. However, you are able to claim half of the bill each time when u see a dentist outside, up to a maximum of $70 a yr.
Ahdi Neutral Newbie January 10, 2008 Share January 10, 2008 correct. but when they refer u outside for eg wisdom tooth surgery, you would still have to pay for the consultation. but the surgery will be covered.
