Hi,

I think tyre shops usually do trade-ins. Not just buy-in.

You may want to try the industrial shops along AMK Ave 10 Blk 4000+.

Cheers! [:)]

just use until end of life lor... no choice, no one will take in seasoned tyres. too challenging for them to sell away unless u package it with ur rims. then again, most pple who does tat will treat the tyre as nil value.

Want to change tires now because now rainning season. Current tire wet grip is very bad. The tire's dealer I am looking for give me a good deal but does not take in old tires. So what i am going to do with the old tires? throw them away as I do not have room to store them?

I suggest u keep the tyres and drive safely during wet, 22K is already half life for tyres, dont tink tyre shop wants it.

my take is drive defensively, give way when necce, give more dist betw u and motorbike/ larger vehicles (becos their braking is not visible), if it rains heavily u may want to divert out fr lane 1 (to inner lanes), if it rains and is sunny bright, use sunglass with UV protection to get better visibility.

do not overpressure the tyre, stick to manufacturer's specification.

also, how old is ur ride? when did u last bleed the brake fluid? pple may b inclined to tink poor stopping dist is fully associated to the tyres but it is integral to the entire braking system and ur driving speed.
