u encountered the 'abit haolian' uncle at PW too?

 

I bought a Nuvi 200 from PW 3 weeks ago also... at first I approached the haolian uncle because the other sales assistants were occupied. Then demo to me halfway, got other ppl tok to him, he went away liao, leaving me alone with the demo unit... After he free, he also can't be bothered with me, leaving me there waiting for someone to assist me. Only after the other lady assistant finished her sales with her customer, then she came to serve me.

 

And when I finally purchased the unit, the haolian uncle glanced at me like abit dun believe i will buy

the uncle mostly not around , unless it's peak hour.

 

brought 2 sets of 200w last month with on 2 seperate occassion with 2 different friends.

 

both time served by the twins ,

 

yes, they are cute, always blickering with each other

 

the first time there , they show Enthusiasm on demo and explaining the technical difference of 610 and 200w

 

few weeks later, can see they are super bored by then liao

 

believe they are there to help out during school holidays maybe family business ?

just went PW today

 

ask the nuvi200 at $390 without map. with map $590

 

the 200w is $100 more than the 200 model.

 

and the uncle say the map can search by postal code. but if later wanna buy jus the original map...

is ard 300+ bucks.

 

---- got good and bad... think i will get without map. then use malsing :P

wat additional function for the W version

i was quoted $590 for garmin 310. any idea is the price with map or without

i read up garmin dot com...

 

no diff.... jus wide screen

 

.....

 

for 300/310.... latter with bluetooth and

both with audio line out for 300 series...

 

,....

 

200/200w jus budget buy for a GPS .... with jus basic function needed for navigation.
