The Stomper is really silly to simply trust the driver of the car that grazed his.

power ... he is letting the stomp doing the job . The picture is not well taken to be exact. He should a picture of his car and his car during the accident.

 

He can also consider contacting the LTA for the driver detail .

This is another example of the power of the internet. Most likely he has other pics of the damaged vehicles. The driver of the Picnic will surely wayang as to why he didn't turn up at BM....... or may even put it that he is the victim of the accident and may claim against the Stomper.

since the accident occurred in malaysia, i dont see how the person can make a claim in singapore.. so gotta claim against own insurance lor... can try to make a claim lah.. but i doubt it will be that easy...

similar story probably is happening everyday....and more is going to happen...I think a very typical scene will be a accident happen....Party A is at fault...Party B ask party A sign paper saying he agree his fault...Party A don't want sign...Party B cannot go police also because no injury...so all go insurance company...than Party A insurance tell Party B only can compensate partial...then if party B don't agree must get lawyer etc etc...and the story goes on....ha ha ha...very typical right...
