Zoomprotege Clutched November 22, 2007 Share November 22, 2007 Hi guys, Just painted my calipers red at Soh Brothers this afternoon. Total job took about 3.5 hrs to complete. They didn't use high temp paint though so I am not sure how long this will last. Anyway for $40, I don't mind getting them repainted again if they fails. Check it out... Any idea where I can get high temp decal for this? Thinking of putting Lexus wording on the front brakes. ↡ Advertisement

Zoomprotege Clutched November 23, 2007 Author Share November 23, 2007 Well, Frankie said so far nobody has gone back to them complaining about cracks or the paint fading. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Crusader75 Neutral Newbie November 23, 2007 Share November 23, 2007 No worries... I also never use high temp paint on my calipers (I did it myself), so far been more than 2 months and gone through rain and sun, the paint still look fresh, no cracks whatsoever. I think so long as you don't track, the heat from the calipers will not be a problem.
Crusader75 Neutral Newbie November 23, 2007 Share November 23, 2007 Oh... about the decal... there no such thing as high temp decal (i think). Any decal will do. So far my decals are still sitting pretty on the calipers...
