NTUC is ok for me....i was with them for 2 years....and even had a claim case...processed swee swee....

actually touch wood but when comes to claim case, every insurers also can hv its hassles (esp if the other accident party is dishonest ) so if me, i will jus go for the cheapest!

 

If you dun mind sharing, can you let me know how long ago was the claim? Coz from recent development, there seems to be a lot of bad press regarding claim problems.

U must have been so pissed. Anyway thankfully there are no injuries and good to know your claim process went smoothly.

 

But it does suck that coz of the accident, you had to void the agent's warranty.

also, i remember someone mentioned before, ntux declared the car total loss...
