DIY Vinyl stickers

I am wondering if it is possible to make and print our own vinyl car stickers using home printers?

Is it possible? where to get such materials?

1stly, the stickers... how u gg to cut them properly?

 

2nd, will it fade under the sun?

It's not a matter of saving money, I just want to experiment doing it myself lah.

If i'm not wrong , i saw the printing paper for printer usage which can be applied on car's. Not sure how is it like. I guess its something like a transparent piece then when u wanna apply to ur car, just need to take off the backing. then can stick liao. Saw it at Best Denki at Plaza Sing. But for whether how long it can last that one i not sure. maybe u can try out and tell us the result. hehe..

Ur printer must have the cutting function... Or u want to DIY cut it??

 

My way of doing it:-

 

Buy those Oracal vinyls and transfer film,

Print ur designs,

Trace on the vinyl

Then cut it out...

 

Of cos these methods are for small stickers...
