Irene Neutral Newbie January 16, 2008 Share January 16, 2008 I paid $80 for a 55Ah YUASA maintenance free battery recently. This is before the price hike for new batteries. Not sure what will be the new cost. Since you activate AA to jump-start, of coz it will be more expensive la. The last time i checked on battery price was about 6 months ago and the fella told me $ went up already and quoted $120. 2 years ago i paid like $90?? Approx la. cant remember so well. WHERE TO BUY CHEAAAP BATTERY????

My Hilux is still using the stock made in thailand Yuasa battery since new. Coming to 3 years oready, still 1 crank to start engine.
