1. I see. The answer is a NO for you. By the way, I didn't eye mask has a fancy name as Quad Light .

 

2. Tinting or masking of vehicle lamps

 

(e.g. head lamps, stop lamps, signal lamps, etc.)

 

All vehicle lamps must meet internationally recognised standards. Tinting or masking of these lamps is not allowed as it may adversely affect their performance.

Eh.... bro....

 

Its an original starlet head light la!!! If anything, its original. So there! No worries. If there is any, just let them know its a starlet original headlights. Meant for starlet.

 

Cause if you ask questions like this, very cham for those having quad lights lei.....

bro, not masking la. it's projector headlights using halogen H4 bulbs.

If it is an original headlamp then there is no worries. Anyway, it looks like an eye mask to me initially.
