get the person handphone...FIN no. carplate... report police... as to open case on accidnt...

my fren told mi cos he ganna before. as a reported MY car. his car cannot leave singapore.

my fren get highest quote for repair from agent.

then tell that malaysian how much for repair. then take cash from him.

he heng lor, that malaysian got money to pay. -- no money erhh... no know :P anyone to share experience?

then he go spare part agent to get part to DIY or find other cheapest repair.

remember: if he pay cash to compensate u .. ur part when after cash on hand.. remember to close case at police to say settle out of court.

so he can go back

i think the oni way is use the same way malaysian treat singaporeans lor...

i will tell him if he no money , go beg or borrow.....

if he no money .... simple i will report as hit and run.....

and his car stuck in singapore lor..... long he stay more days, more tax he hav to pay for custom.

and tell him he no settle his car stuck here.... and by then police will be on his ass then

due to hit and run

if he work in singapore... better ask him to borrow from loan shark or his boss lor... .

dun give face....

force him... jus like JaBeesians are doing to us.... make then suffer , tats wat i will do.

i encountered kana kiss in the backside by malaysian car also. but luckily it the third car which knock the malaysia car and then malaysia car knock onto my car. so in the end i claim the third car.

in short, i try to siam malaysia car as far as possible after this incident. if you want to claim malaysia car insurance, it will take months or even years!! so it best to ask for cash on the spot.. he no $, take down his contact and license plate no etc etc and go make police report.

Bro,

This is something new to me. A few days' back, someone wrote to ST Forum advising others to give MY-regd cars a wide berth as it is very tedious and time-consuming to claim against one. I don't suppose throughout the time it takes to process a claim (can take years), the MY car is retained in Sgp.

Need some advice too. If kenna hit by Malaysia car and they dun wan to pay cash on the spot, then suddenly our neck or shoulder pain due to the accident, so no choice, cannot moved the vehicle, must wait for TP to come. Would then we be able to claim against their insurance be easier?
