Muddy 1st Gear November 1, 2007 Share November 1, 2007 Recently need to call UOB Call Center to check on double billing. Took a few days(Friday night till Monday afternoon) and lots of attempt per day. I put it on speaker phone and was shocked when a real human being answered my call on Monday afternoon. I noticed that every call can hold for about 22 minutes only after which is mandatory voice mail or hang up. Dishearten by the long waits, I send an email to them. Up till now, no reply from them regarding the email. Tried calling DBS once, OK.

RadX Moderator November 1, 2007 Share November 1, 2007 HI, Everytime i try to call in to UOB bank to make a enquiry the average waiting time could be more than 30min and still noone pick up the phone line 1800-2222 121. The service is really bad. Anyone has the same experience? i have resolved that by contacting their infinite card service directly....pick up within 3 calls

Sabian Turbocharged November 2, 2007 Share November 2, 2007 That's like the Familee saying u can get from end-to end within 20mins on our little red dot. or that there is no need to queue when u want to see the doctor, even when u are in London. Adrianli Hypersonic November 2, 2007 Share November 2, 2007 I normally call the platinum line, very fast pick up one. Then I enquire on my classic card for fee waiver. The operator also never say anything. I did that for DBS also, very fast pick up. Try calling the Gold/Platinum hotline instead.
