Q42. What should I do if I lose my Password for UOB Personal Internet Banking?

Should you lose your UOB Personal Internet Banking Password, or suspect that the secrecy of your Password has been compromised, or notice any unusual activity with your account(s), you should notify the Bank immediately by calling 1800 22 22 121 (24-hour, toll-free). .

Recently need to call UOB Call Center to check on double billing. Took a few days(Friday night till Monday afternoon) and lots of attempt per day.

I put it on speaker phone and was shocked when a real human being answered my call on Monday afternoon.

I noticed that every call can hold for about 22 minutes only after which is mandatory voice mail or hang up. Dishearten by the long waits, I send an email to them. Up till now, no reply from them regarding the email.

Tried calling DBS once, OK.

HI,

Everytime i try to call in to UOB bank to make a enquiry

the average waiting time could be more than 30min and still noone pick up the phone line 1800-2222 121.

The service is really bad.

Anyone has the same experience?

i have resolved that by contacting their infinite card service directly....pick up within 3 callsthumbsup.gifthumbsup.gifthumbsup.gif

That's like the Familee saying u can get from end-to end within 20mins on our little red dot.

or that there is no need to queue when u want to see the doctor, even when u are in London.

I normally call the platinum line, very fast pick up one. [thumbsup] Then I enquire on my classic card for fee waiver. [laugh] The operator also never say anything.

I did that for DBS also, very fast pick up.

Try calling the Gold/Platinum hotline instead.
