most bosses don't even sounds nice..truth always hurt the most..just like how the gal end the relationship with the guy "I'm sorry about this.. though you are a nice cool guy" ..in nicer fake way to end it

i am not talking about sounding nice, i am talking about putting the truth in a constructive and agreeable mannner. for eg there is a difference between saying that you need to lose some weight and you are fat or you fatso.
