I hereby sincerely apologize to Carmax for the harsh and untrue remarks I made.

I realize my SE is the one causing the trouble.

The Boss is definitely one GREAT GUY!

Understanding and patient.

even though I am a difficult customer.

Another friend of mine actually purchased a car from them and is now a satisfied owner of his ride. :)

For anyone who wishes to purchase car from reliable PI,

Please contact the boss.. very nice guy.

and i must admit their cars are of very great prices indeed.

he saying SE now..not the coy..but still the coy is still represented by SE...if this bro really stand firm his case...dont see why he so afraid...

 

fight against coy...u tend to compensate more..if his case really valid...unless not the truth la..then is other issue liao

I am not a SE and not related to the company.

Not afraid the co might sue me or what.

What I stated is true, but it is all misunderstanding about the company.

I just dont want to wrong the wrong company.

Found out from the Boss, Mr Hans that deposit is able to be refunded if loan not approve.

No such thing as cannot be refund. So it is actually my SE who wanna earn my commission and so she go to the extend that if 2.5% no approve, need to try for 2.85%.

everything i state is true. But after I talk to the Boss, He is willing to compensate me for the loss.

Very understanding guy.

So not all PIs are bad. Some got the bad name cos SE plays a very impt part.

so conclusion is, want buy car from Carmax, go straight to the boss.

like that u can counter back liao lor [laugh] lucky the boss handle it well and discover it..actually if 2.5% not approve,u can loan outside urself which my friend did...his say why outside got 2.5 he muz get 2.85 from them which he sure can get 2.5% himself...if so he dont loan from them..lppl SE give him 2.5% [laugh]

If someone who is employed by a company state something in a business transaction. He represent the company stand in a business transaction.

So SE from Carmax say no refund. He/she represent Carmax but not correctly.

So you do not have to apologize if what was said is a fact. It

Anyway the boss ask my SE to return the money to me personally.. or he do a fund transfer. really good service recovery here I think. Since I am a business student before.

I filed already.. waiting for them to respond. anyway, my SE told me full loan not approved at 2.5%, then they need to try at 2.85% before I can get back my deposit. which i do not wish to get the loan at 2.85% cos it was not agreed in the contract in the first place lor.

damn sucks.

anyway in the end, they say they let me change to swift out of goodwill.

but they give me a price different in the website. I was charged higher by normal pricing and never give me the accessories as promised when i sign my first car. and even forfeit the 500 discount for insurance for every customer who sign up for swift stated in the website.

and gave me all sort of excuses.

felt so pissed. wanna cancel the deal and they say pay up 3k of compensation and we will forfeit the 1k deposit.

total 4k due to bank dont approve my loan. how ridiculous right?

BOYCOTT CARMAX!!!!!!!!!!

well.. wad i say is true...

but before that, I never had a chance to talk to the director of Carmax.

Until today.

So I think the boss did quite a fair thing at least to me.

Anyway, I strongly believe 80% of this was caused by my SE. but haiz.. she is new.

this is professionalism...

 

there must always someone become the good guy when someone make a mistake....this is very common in all companies...need to play down the issue before it blown out of proportion.

 

SE--> SE manager-> GM -> M. Director -> Principle -> Factory -> Mass Media.
