Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic October 24, 2007 Share October 24, 2007 As reported at ESPN Soccernet:- "Arsenal recorded their biggest victory in the competition with a 7-0 demolition of Slavia Prague at the Emirates Two goals each from Cesc Fabregas and Theo Walcott, his first in Europe's premier club competition, one apiece by Aleksandr Hleb and Nicklas Bendtner as well as a David Hubacek own-goal left Arsenal top of Group H with a maximum nine points. Theo Walcott repaid the faith of manager Arsene Wenger with a brace to help fire Arsenal to a record 7-0 Champions League win over Slavia Prague at Emirates Stadium. The 18-year-old - thrust into the spotlight following his controversial inclusion in Sven-Goran Eriksson's ill-fated World Cup squad last summer - had been threatening to explode for several weeks, and delivered the performance of his young career tonight as the Czechs were simply swept aside by the Barclays Premier League leaders." Way to go ARSENAL.. Boo...Hoo...Hoo... Watch your a*s Rafa if you keep on believing in your Rafalution . This is a wakeup call to you for the weekend (Sunday 28-10-07) clash with Arsenal. Stick to your strongest or be the 3rd on the list of being "Sack" after JM & Sammy Lee. ↡ Advertisement

Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic October 24, 2007 Author Share October 24, 2007 Contemplating whether to watch or not to watch this match. Couldn't bare to see Liverpool trash by Arsenal youth and if I don't watch it, could miss Liverpool beat Arsenal . If it is a goaless draw, will be cursing myself for sacrificing sleep to watch a draw game. . Very hard to decide.
Maxus-MIFA9 Supersonic October 24, 2007 Author Share October 24, 2007 What do you know, Ronaldo could pay for them and using his mansion as the meeting point. Actually, Ronaldo is doing it for the good of Man U as if Arsenal lose, MU could catch up in points. . For their next match is against Arsenal............. Tunge 1st Gear October 24, 2007 Share October 24, 2007 why so hard to believe the score leh? never even heard of the team Slavia Prague b4 man, r they good? doubt so, n Arsenal is on fire so 7-0 can believe what. if every high scoring game is pre fix that mean Man-U v Roma last season also fixed. even so bookie wanna fix also fix against the favourites lah, i.e for Arsenal to lost. why got fix for the lousy team to lose when bets for them are damn low to start with. Jusnel 6th Gear October 24, 2007 Share October 24, 2007 aiyo.... u dun know how the betting goes meh? they bet by how giving xx no. of balls for the fav team la..... obviously the whole world knows that arsenal will win the match. but the question is by how many goals??? this is where the bookies come in to take bets. if for example, for simplicity explanations, after accepting all the bets in, the bookies knows that most ppl bet that the arsenal will win by 5 or 6 goals at most. to kelong the match, they just bribe players to win by 7 goals..... dun be fooled by the team performance. most matches in epl, spainish league, italian, and even world cup are fixed. Shull Turbocharged October 24, 2007 Share October 24, 2007 is Slavia Prague considered one of the elite teams in Europe? If they can have the scoreline against teams like Roma(read, Man Utd 7 - 1 Roma) then there's something to talk about..
Bentwy Neutral Newbie October 24, 2007 Share October 24, 2007 talk is cheap. you pay 2 top european teams for one to win by 7 goals. pay 20 players? whose total pay for a week runs in the millions? wow. so easy. proof? some slither of evidence? there's no such thing as a 'simplicity explanation'.
