Next Base Mirror Stand

Hi Guys,

 

Anyone here using this mirror stand?

 

I got it a week ago and noticed that the suction on one of the rubbers does not seem to hold as it will loosen after a few hours.

 

Thinking that it was the rubber problem, I went to exchange it for another set and it still has the same problems..

 

Anyone knows anyway I can solve it?

The sales gal actually told me to soak it in hot water first. Any logic to this?
