Mobile 1 5w30 at autobaccs

Hi,

 

any of you guys purchased the 4litre mobile 1 5w30 oil from autobaccs before? if i recall it should be at $70 per tin. i would like to know if this oil is fully synthetic? i asked the staff there, they claimed it is and its cheap because they imported it in bulk from japan. If it is really synthetic as claimed, i feel its a steal at that price.

 

 

any comments on this oil? or anyother lobang to get mobile 1 cheap? i rem theres a guy selling on the forums, he has a shop at ubi, but cant recall his contact,anyone knows who pls pm me! thanks

$70 for 4L? = $17/L not exactly cheap.... if you can't wait for those MegaSupermarkets to have offer on engine oil, then go for it.

$17 per liter is not cheap. Might as well get the Amsoil, buy bulk still even cheaper... ($15 per quart)

 

I got the Mobile 1 10w30 oil from Giant for $9.90 (last year) and $12.90 (this year) per quart bottle.

 

So if its me, will wait for the supermarket offer, if cannot wait then get Amsoil (12 quarts I can use for 2 years as my car uses 3 quarts per 6 months).

70 bucks can get red line , v high grade oil liao ... 17 per quart.

Like Dirt Cheap ,,...

 

 

Giant use to sell Shell Hylix Ultra Really Cheap 2 bottles for $60. -- 4 litre Each.

 

 

Please take note and make sure it is not from Malaysia, RECYCLED Engine OIL.

 

In Yishun Industrial park, there is shop selling Engine Oil Mobil 1 for ard $50 -- 4 LITRE.

 

 

I would not want to have Recycled Engine Oil in my Engine.

 

Just my 2 cents advice

harlow guys, most engine oil is recycled... if not they collect it in big bottles for what?

 

What is MORE important is they "cleaned" the oil and sell it back properly. anyway, with these company reputation at stake, you think they will anyhow do things?
