Never.

But please do not be offended. [nod]

Cause I know nuts about bikes.

I'd rather spend 200k on a performance car.

well.. i do have friends who have died in accidents.. his common friends are still riding.. its their passion... [:)]

Yeah..i understand...its the same as we like cars.

However, bike is very dangerous as in there is no protection to the rider. A simple knock will fall.

Very often I see those big bulls swaying in and out....drop gear and squeeze thru vehicles...wah....if I din see him and jus to sway abit into his direction....who is going to suffer....

This bike is a rare limited edition bike. For a car nut, of course they won't know. [laugh]

I read from a Chinese(Taiwan) mag. Only one will be sold in Asia cos numbers produced are very limited.

I would if I have the money cos rich bike enthus will come out with lots more than $200k just to buy it off my hands. [thumbsup][laugh]

Agree .... but for bike ... once buang ... [bigcry][bigcry]

AT $140,000 apiece, the Ducati Desmosedici RR costs as much as a Mercedes-Benz C180 Kompressor. Yet, the exotic two-wheeler - only 1,000 are produced - has drawn at least five buyers when the distributor started taking orders recently.

"They each put down a 30 per cent deposit, without seeing the bike,'' said Ducati Singapore spokesman Tiffany Pan, adding that the motorcycles will be here some time in July or August next year.

i am sure this $200K bike will sell too.

In car terms that bike is the FXX version of the Enzo Ferrari.

What car can $200,000 get?

great thing pointing this out. because many people are not initiated with the value of a limited edition model, let alone the standing of MV Augusta as a brand in the motorbike industry.
