Well, there should be many calls on tremors if you feel one and as others also starts calling. So it is not nuisance but the operators at "999" piew........

Last year, of the 1,640 640 calls made to "999", 1,135,925 were nuisance calls.

That's 4500 calls a day or 187calls/hour or 1 call every 20 sec!
