What's the use of writing all these and directing it at one party whom is quite innocent?

 

firstly, you shd have confront that auntie or if you don't wish to do it directly, can approach the staff of your concern.

 

No one can read your mind.

 

If I'm the teller, I would take it that you are cool with letting auntie go in front.

 

Maybe we shd seriously looking into this matter and review you as a person who keep quiet and let people assume it's ok, only to "shout" at a feedback form and push the blame on others [shakehead] .

If I will to voice out, I will tell the Customer Service_Ms Cecilia that I'm the one whom quene 1st. Cos I'm more curious on her 'customer service' response more than the auntie whom jumped my queue. I believe the auntie will [furious] at me even if I asked her politely.. She was already very [mad] cos the waiting time is real too long, so do I... To avoid anymore delaying in my time, I will chose either voice out to Ms Cecilia or feedback...

Waiting for bus in bus interchange also meet this kind of people ... they like "Act Gong Act Tai" stand Q beside you trying to cut your Q .. [mad] if you tell them off , they "Act Gong Act Tai" again said " Got q ar ?? nver see leh . sorry sorry " then Q behind the line... [:|]

Sorry to say that to you Mr Sony... Have you ever read some topics in this complaints section that doesn't link to car??? But, if you really mind all this, pls get the admin to change to Car: Complaints: & not General: Complaints.. Otherwise, you can choose not to read all the topics that are not related to cars...

 

You sounds more like a mad guy here!!! You reply in this topic are welcome but not this [shakehead] reply... If you still think I behave like a mad woman, then advise you to ignore all of my topics...

Ok, whatever you repy later, I will not response. Cos you are a nobody to me & your reply are [thumbsdown] & [shakehead] ... I can accept criticisms & reprimanded but cannot accept those who don't treat others' topics with respect.

Oh yea one more thing.

 

Please remove the staff's name from your post.

 

Would you like your FULL NAME in some forum with someone complaining about you?

 

Or maybe share with us your full name to make things more fair?

Maybe this is how a lady would think of first in her mind as compare to an Ah Cho aka rough person like me [:)]

 

My point is that why be afraid of that little time loss should that auntie KPKB with you when everyone else is also waiting in the queue [:)] Even if she got a zillion dollars inside her piggy bank also like that. Everyone is equal. Queue means queue ... si mi also no need to talk unless she is crippled or handicapped then it's a different story [;)]

 

Maybe like what i have mentioned earlier in this post that how a charbor works & think is different [nod][nod][nod]

2 bad for me.. Other than her, I'm the only 1 queuing.. If there's long queue & the waiting time is long, someone behind will sure to [furious] at her.

I agree. She should have alerted the counter girl and at the same time confronted the auntie and ask her to get back into the queue.

 

I was once queueing up in one of DBS cash counters. Their deposit machine do not accept $1,000 bill, so I got to queue up. Then, some of the tellers announced if anyone had cheque clearing, please step forward so that their cheques can be cleared on the same day. There were about 7 - 10 people rushing forward to the counters. When it came my turn, I complained to the teller that this is not fair for those people in the queue. Now that she had caused some people to wait longer in the queue; some could have other appointments to rush to, or some would have to pay more parking charges because of these people behind them were given the chance to cut the queue.
