Hi guys, to use our electrical appliance items in USA (San francisco, las vegas), is it sufficient to just use an adapter? or do i need to use some kind of converter since USA power outlet is 110V? And is it using the 2 blade adapter or the 2 blades and 1 pin above? Thanks =)

Check the appliances that you'd be using there. If there is a marking/sticker that says 110-240v or has a switch to select the voltage, then all you need is a plug adaptor. If it's only 230-240v, then you'll need a step-up transformer in addition to the plug adaptor.

USA mains plug is the 2 blade type.
