Servicing at AD : Will They Checks Everything As Listed In Their Packages

Just came back from BM, Sin Ming after sending my MPV there for 20,000km servicing package. Looking at the servicing package A & B. For 20,000km, it was adviced to take the package B. The cost for this package is $393/- for syn oil. (Prices have gone up since my last package A servicing enquiry for my next servicing on package B)

A list of items (more than 100) were listed in package B and I was wondering, how to know if they (AD workshop) ensure their customers that all those items listed will be checked & serviced by their mechanics. The place is packs with cars coming for servicing (even brand new cars SGY) and with a handful of mechanics. As the prices [sweatdrop] for servicing had gone up, will they cover all items as listed? [:p][:p]

My last servicing there, their service chits only shows tick, tick, tick in the box but did they really did it? [confused]

btw, charge $15/- for balancing as I request for rotation of wheels. So total bill is expected $408/- & collection at 3.00pm.

The most they will change enginee oil & filter..

The rest of the ticks are for show..

From my previous picnic experience at BM leng kee,

open the front bonnet during collection, observed all the fluid not top up.

Inform the service advisor, he apologise & return t he car to my 10min later..

Frankly, I don't know. Even if I hang around and 'supervise', I still won't know. I just take it that they will. After all, they are answerable for the services charged and being suspicious about things here and there is really tiring .... [:)]

Btw: I think the SGY should be there on it's 1K svc ba....

As we are out of bound from the workshop area, will our cars just like a factory production line where the car goes to one end of the conveyer belt, move from one station to another with different mechanics doing his part of his duties.... [sly][sly][sly]

Just as you said, if nothing wrong, they are lucky. If fault found, I will be back at the AD workshop to give a piece of my mine for their service workmanship standard. [;)][;)][;)][;)]

Yes, they are there for 1000km servicing and given privilages (as most new owner do), 1 hrs servicing & owners waits at the coffee corner at the second floor. Mostly Vios & Altis. Just thinking to myself, just wait till their new rides hits 10,000km and they will be like myself waiting for numbers to be called and collects after 8 hrs. [laugh][laugh][laugh]
