i agree with u on the warren being cleaner and nearer to mrt, but it is the newest amongst the 3 estate you have mentioned, thus the facilities MUST be cleaner and nicer, otherwise sweatdrop.gif

no problem bro. u need to see the diff in price of the condos near mrt compare to those a few lrt stations away from lot 1, depends on your need and your budget loh smile.gif
