This morning there was a hugh jam outside my place. Car was going from bumper to bumper not helped by the 3 to 2 merging lanes. This ambulance with its siren blaring was trying to get thru the jam....but there was no place for them to give way to him....

Then this trailer driver use his common sense....he stop his vehicle on the left lane and let those on the right lane to cut into his lane (he must have let a good 5-6 cars cut into his lane) and that frees up the right lane for the ambulance to zoom thru.

Thumbs up to the driver who did not selfishly claims his lane and allow the ambulance to get thru the jam faster...too bad from my apartment I can't see his number plate...if not I will sure post it here. thumbsup.gifthumbsup.gif

Then come those selfish idiotic drivers who speed up to close up the gap behind the ambulance refusing to let those who has given way in the first place to be stuck.... thumbsdown.gifthumbsdown.gif

There you have it....the beautiful and the ugly....all within seconds of each other. More of those truck drivers mentality please !!

[thumbsup]

seldom would come across postings that gives [thumbsup] for big vehicles.

in my impression, big vehicles are those who hog lanes and obstruct traffics with their size.

this morning i was in my car park turning right out to the opposite direction. traffic was packed and directly in front of me was a yellow box. however, this 40-seater bus jus dashed in front of me when i was about to cut in front of him into the yellow box and turn right. in the result i haf to jam braek, and wait for another faithful minute when he gets clear from the traffic and the yellow box clear agagin b4 i can proceed out.

The GOOD, the BAD & the UGLY....let's be frank, everyone has a bit of them... one time or the other.

e.g. sometime you curse at drivers cutting your queue...one day you may also do that "unintentionally" & cursed by others...let us all live & let live.

nowadays, i try not to curse other drivers...unless they cut in front of me without signaling, they better watchout.....oops! i did it again! ahmen!!!

[thumbsup] let's all be more alert and courteous shall we... sometimes letting 1 or 2 cars into our lanes wouldn't hurt at all... what difference would it make? [rolleyes]
