Was in down town area with my friend who is riding a bike. That carpark we went to was surprisingly has Red season parking lots for motorcycle (this is rare in itself), but to make it more rare, the lots comes with zine plate rain shelter as well.

 

I am not too sure who put the shelter up, HDB or rich riders who want to have shelter for their bikes?

Anyone knows where else HDB carparks got such privileged lots for bikes or car?
