Apexi Open Pod on my Lexy...

Hi guys, my latest mod...

Apexi Power Intake Open Pod on my inline 6 Lexy IS200. The roar is getting even sweeter now combined with my TTE/Remus exhaust.

Life is sweet... It does feel faster though. Even though it's not a real CAI (air is drawn from the gap between the body and the radiator through the front grill), the heatshield provides sufficient cover from the engine heat.

Can't really tell if I am losing some low-end but the high-end definitely sounds louder and has a nice bassy echo to it. Was just showing my wife and massive suction motion when I step on the gas pedal. Can hear the air been suck in by the big filter.

Very nice mods...silent killer....how much they cost you?

Seems like a good job.

Due to your project it makes it seems worth while to get a old IS200.....hummm

Haha... There's a lot of wolf in sheep clothing "IS200" on the road bro... They are my bros from the Altezza club. The engine unmodded already producing 200 horses. Some of the guys have supercharger and turbo charger on man!!!

Cost me too much. You can PM me if you wanna know the workshop.

It's a pretty good job considering I needed it rushed so that I can drive off for a meeting that day.

Yeah.. it's quite fun modding the car so far...

Neutral Newbie

Nice..i m also using the same filter. but my low end sucky even with cai.

Btw, whr to do the nice heatshield (Shop/place)? Now only using a few sheet of Superlon to cover the filter surrounding, not too ideal.
