Jaguar X-type detailed

Seems like nobody's posted a Jag so far, at least according to my limited memory. The colour of the Jag is a deep green, owner told me its Jaguar racing green, I checked online and it seems the colour is more likely to be 'Emerald Fire'. Whatever the name, its really a beautiful colour and it sometimes appears blueish inlove.gif Oops, back to the detail.

Process:

ONR

Clay/ONR

Rotary/light cut/OC

PC/light cut/OP

Poliseal by hand

Duragloss AW

Tyres/exterior plastic trim gets Poorboy's BnB

Chrome polisealed

At first sight, plenty of defects like etched watermarks, swirls, scratches and holograms. Its a case of the more you look, the worse it getsshocked.gifshocked.gif

Before Pics (it was very much worse)

The white stuff are deep scratches that require repainting.

Neutral Newbie

Great job on the defects removal and the car sure looks shiny in the after shots. I believe the car will look even more stunning if you have shifted it out to the sun for the photo shots [nod] .

Thanks!

Defect removal not that perfect yet, due to many nooks and crannies. The Jag got some grooves along the sides which is pretty hard to polish properly.

Didn't shift the car mainly due to time constraints, will try to do that next time! [nod][nod]

Thx bro!

This large cat groomed by a sick guy down with cold so it took about 7 hrs plus. Let's just say a lot of time and tissues were wasted [dead]

I avoided getting into the cabin as much as possible and by the end of the detail, I just took shots of the cat there and then. Too shag to think I guess [laugh] and rushing for time as well~

Will remember to take full sunshots in future!
