Rncw 5th Gear September 3, 2007 Share September 3, 2007 (edited) In MS Outlook: 1. click "File" and click "Import and Export..." 2. select "Export to a file", and click Next 3. select "Personal Folder File (.pst)", and click Next 4. select the folder you want to export from (select the top folder and check "Include subfolders), and click next 5. choose where you want your file to be saved and the file name 6. click finish You file will be in PST format. To restore, just import this file (refer to no 1.). Method 2 Or search for the file with *.PST and copy the file to another location.
