Battery Voltage

My 20k servicing indicated that my battery voltage is 13.7

Can anyone advise me when do I need to change my battery, at which voltage?

Did the service technician advise you to change during 20k? I changed my battery during 40k which is about 2 yrs.

Voltage reading taken without loading the battery is of much use. Get the mech to do the test with a battery load tester, the reading should not drop below 9.5 volt.
