Turbonetics 2nd Gear August 31, 2007 Share August 31, 2007 it should be the angle where he took the picture that makes it look tilted. actually it is straight.

Bluesbro Neutral Newbie September 4, 2007 Author Share September 4, 2007 Very beasty ... has a 5.2L V10 churning out 450bhp and 540 Nm of torque ... despite its huge size and weight, it reaches 100kmh from rest in just 5 secs, all that in superb comfort and luxury

Raining Neutral Newbie September 4, 2007 Share September 4, 2007 Understated and classy behemoth...Lovely and rare by virtue of the engine size Tot Fifth Gear or Topgear tested one, the fog lamps are lined leds instead of bulb ?
Rollypop Neutral Newbie September 8, 2007 Share September 8, 2007 Had the chance to sit on my friend's A8 5.2 to KL. Cruising all the way from 150kmh to 220kmh during running in. It is the most comfortable ride I ever had. Sound insulation and power is top class + plenty of features.
Sillymonkey September 10, 2007 Share September 10, 2007 hmm... ya lo... shld be 4WD...sucidal to have such a power n heavy car on FWD... dun sae weight... torque steer would render the car a sucide car... chunks of power nonetheless, but if power delivery is nice and smooth and linear then torque steer will be non-existent. my personal experience with the TT didn't encounter any torque steer besides a few very small twitches when flooring the accelerator in all gears. it boils down to the power delivery, which the SE points out as being creamy. to which i agree, but then it's a less raw and less adrenalin rush. Zcold 2nd Gear September 10, 2007 Share September 10, 2007 (edited) hmmm??? i tink there is a bit of misunderstanding here.. i meant torque steer is a problem associated with powerful FWD cars... say any more than +/-250 depending on car set up... tat's y u seldom see a FWD with big BHP figures... since the S8 is so powerful.... its impossible to be a FWD car and yr TT being a 4WD wouldn't have torque steer... correct? Patience Clutched November 1, 2007 Share November 1, 2007 If I am not mistaken, it should be 444bhp and Quattro.. A detuned Gallardo engine. Plenty nonetheless.. is there any ways to squeeze the power out?? like changing its ecu?
Magfocus 5th Gear November 2, 2007 Share November 2, 2007 I am sure there are, but why would you want to? Its tuned for more torque as befitting a luxury supercar You mean 444bhp isnt enough? ↡ Advertisement
