Seat belt problem

i've got some problem wif my seat belt..i realised its not fasten! when u pull it suddenly there is no resistance..any workshop to fix this problem?

 

i remember xone also having this problem..did u managed to get urs rectify?

change the belt tensioner.. probably change whole set.

 

but b4 u do, u must find out which direction u pull the belt. at certain angle direction

 

will come out loose

 

must suddenly jerk the belt then it should kick in

My starlet having the problem..

 

When I first bought the car the dealer said it's normal..

 

I have bought the replacement seat belts but not sure is there a workshop that can fix it...

tat's for bucket/sports seats?

 

I'm using original seats. [blush]

 

This issue cannot compromise..safety first. Sooner or later will get it fixed. Jus tat no time to go search for parts, etc.

yah..almost bought ep70..always my fav..but after seeing those comments by the helpful bros here..i thought twice. [laugh] this ride is easy to handle. This is probably the only COE model i would buy otherwise i wun even consider COE cars.[blush]

 

 

no, we haven't had kopi..but we'll meet up one day if my schedule permits. [nod]

Yeah.. i had the same problem.

 

I got it change by Sabre.

 

The car dealer directed me to his work shop.. and a old mechanic told me

 

"Starlet seat belt all laddat wan.. when the car move the seat belt work..

The bearing hor.. will activate when the car move.... "

 

I run out of patience and breath.. before i kill someone with the seat belt..i left...
