What's up with Sunshine Empire?

Friends at my workplace were talking bout this company called Sunshine empire.

 

But it sounded complicated to me so that is why im posting here to ask any bros here heard anything bout this company before and what does it do?

 

I know it's something like putting in cash and letting it grow..I dont know.

 

Any answers?

Each of them have different stuff. Since it is pyramid products is optional. Last time they have those who sell pen. 1 pen is like SGD10,000.

 

I guess this might be something like this, you put your money in them. they pay you x% per month. May be after y months you get back your investment if they don't close shop that is. What they do with your money you will not know. they will tell you, they invest your money in may be oil market, stock market and etc. Is this is true or not, don't know.

MLM still have a lot of products. MLM is more like direct selling. Normally MLM company will not collapse. Pyramid company will collapse as the money would not be able to sustain the payout when it reach suddenly level.

 

If you really want to go into pyramid company, go in very very early (but you will never know unless you are part of the founder). Then mean you are at the top of the pyramid then you can make money. Normally a pyramid company will not last more than 1.5 years before it collapse.

I know. It would depend on the MLM structure and business model. That why my piece of advise to those who want to join MLM please check it carefully before you join. Some need a lot of monthly maintenance, this alone will kill you.

yes it is true. But at least for MLM you will have a products which you can use. Although the product is over value most of the time. Compare to pyramid the products is almost useless and the price is sky rocket high. Take the PEN example, you can get a luxury pen with SGD10,000 but now you only getting some normal pen.

sunshine empire is a telco in taiwan... and they have fully set up wireless in whole of taiwan... they r doing telco in sg now, my fren is their biz associate since they started setting up wireless in taiwan till completion till now...

my mum-in-law is involved in this.

she said its good money.

put more and get more.

example if you put $10k,you get back like $1500/month for 8 months.its something like this.

if you recommend people to put money,you will also have extra bonus income.

i think she invested $50k so far starting with $10k initially.

I'd rather spend all my money modding my car den to pay for the director fees of some dubious company. Sunshine Empire... pyramids and MLMs are already in a sunset industry.

So everyone will be encouraged to put back whatever they have earned!

 

Now I believe that even Top managers are not spared. With the sales of properties limited to only SE members, Top managers would naturally have to 'lead by example' in buying those units. And in the old FAQ, all buyers must buy a minimum of 10 units. This must be so that they can push it to their downlines.

 

And since once the deal is signed, they have to start paying a month later, can you imagine how much they have to put in monthly?

 

Say for a $700,000 house, a SE member pays 5% over 18 months.

 

So in a year, it would have been $35,000 over 12 months = RM$420,000!

 

So every month, the SE member would have to fork out around S$20k to pay for his house.

 

SE Members will be practically putting back everything they earn initially into the Property purchase. Not only putting back whatever they earn... it will be worse because banks wouldn't lend monry to a project that hasn't even started... so where are they getting the monthly $20k from???? Friends, banks, credit cards, company loans, insurance policies???

 

So if the house isn't built yet in 1 year and the company folds....

 

The implications are scary indeed!

 

I believe this will be a Everyone-Lose scenario.

 

If any SE manager is reading this .. please wake up.

 

In the KL project, SE couldn't even get the design and building location right, and already 50% sold???
