how much is it?

 

I bought a direct application (jap brand) in Autobac and it works exactly the same result as the video...in fact the faster the speed the better the water fire-works effect. so it is more that 20 buck...don't bother to waste the money.

The sanding pad seems pretty rough, will it cause any scratches on the glass?

Is very fine sand paper,I use it together with shampoo and sometimes rain repel.So far no issue ..
