Looking for glitter powder for use on skin tattoos (temp for events and parties, not permenant), would like to know where to get at a cheap price..... i dun think places like Popular is selling...

2nd is for women's toiletory (scissors, manicure, etc)

3rd & 4th is men's toiletory (haircream, etc)

 

I say ... 6th shelve away, nearer to the fastfood section. emmm... 3rd row.

how about Concourse? they have a lot of such handicrafts items there @ cheap prices..
