next round also difficult.. cos this time price may b up but there is a backlog of 600+ unsuccessful bidder (assuming all bidders r genuine bvyers), then they r pcked into this lot. a better trendline would b the next next bidding.

the PM has said the economic growth for this year is around 7-8%. expect coe prices to maybe hit 20k by year end?
