China: Shanghai - Advice on service apartment in Shanghai

Going with my family (parents, wife, son & me) to Shanghai for 7 nights.

Looking for convenient and clean service apartment. Any recommendations ?

Must be in Pu Si because I do not want to be trapped when peak hours start.

Thinking about

 

1. New Harbour

2. Metropole

3. Somerset Grand

 

Very biased towards Somerset Grand but also the most expensive by far.

the only way to avoid traffic is to stay close to the rail and use the rail.
