You can go to SQ or BA website to check on their 'special' fare first and then use it to compare to those from the travel agents.

Read through the term and conditions of the air tickets and normally , a GV2/GV4 tickets will be much more cheaper but usually comes with more stringent rules like -" must travel together both way and no deviation allow "
