What is your tyre size?

2005 Grand Vitara 2.0?

Should be 215/65R16 (stock size) if I remember correctly.

Not all SUV tyres have the entire range of sizes.

If you can confirm the tyre size, I can check for you which is available.

Yokohama Geolander AT is a good all rounder tyre with excellent grip in the wet and is not too noisy on the rd too.

If his stock is 225/70/16, go for the Hankook ATs. They have this size available.

Comes with OWL.

If he goes for diff size, his speedo reading will be off slightly.

can try Yxx Bros at ubi. price somehow cheaper than YHI. My friend got the Geolandar A/T. Not too noisy and little impact on FC.

Went to YHI, if i'm not wrong, price is around $140-$150 for the geolandar A/T. you can always get the G051 which is made in philippines although that is a H/T tyre. It's cheaper and you can always paint the lettering yourself [laugh]

Hi all,

May i know where can i get SUV tyres or any shop that sell SUV tyres at good price?

Thanks

Hi, I recently changed to the Continental CrossContact UHP tyres. A bit pricey compared to the rest I think but very good performance in both wet and dry. Very low road noise too. This is comparing with my previous Bridgestone Duelers which came as stock on my SUV.

Yes, he can fit 225/75R16 but that will result in an incurrate speedo reading.

Suggest he tries the G051 from yap Brothers at Ubi. HT tyres are more practical, seriously! No point getting AT tyres unless your friend frequently goes off rd.

I'm driving an Outlander. Does anyone know where I can get the Bridgestone Dueler tyre and how much it cost? (215/70/R16). Tks.

Hi, you might want to check with them, the agent for Hankook, they do have 19inchs ones for my XC..... though need to indent.
