I know.. I checked the voltage when its fixed.. =) Anyway, Its settled.. TCM called me say they found the leakage.. Its my Clarion HU.. Ask me wan repair for S$100+.. Might as well buy new one.. Hahaha..

The last time i didnt drive my red red car for 2 rainy days, my car cant start. Then i tried to accel and crank at same time, managed to start. But that was after many many attempts. now l'm going overseas again, which means same thing will happen right? Keep cranking is it ok? Or i should call for help to check battery ?

Hmm.. I suppose that it shd be off-ed.. But some circuitry or some 'whatever' cause it to have very low current consumed.. Thus this this a leakage lor? Haha..

Updates Guys..

 

I changed my HU le.. So presumed no more leakages.. So b4 I left my car, I off engine and logged a 12.9V.. After 30hrs, its at 12.4V. Is it normal? Dropped 0.5V within 2 days..

Yes but there is possiblity of grounding caused by leaking components/switches

so the mechanic c0ck it up by keeping the amplifier on all the time and not auto off when the HU goes out?

Looks ok. If AD mech has used a clamp on amp meter , he could have the problem solve within minutes.
