Maddriver 4th Gear July 31, 2007 Share July 31, 2007 Are you using ryobi buffer to remove swirls or water marks? What polishing pads are using with 3M compound?
Garlic 1st Gear July 31, 2007 Share July 31, 2007 What product and pad are you using? Compound is very aggressive and you will need to follow up with less aggressive polishes and pads to restore shine.

Garlic 1st Gear August 2, 2007 Share August 2, 2007 Have you tried removing them with the polish first? Its always good to start with the least abrasive combo. Did you buff until dry or let product haze before wiping off? Polish should not be buffed dry, stop when its almost clear and still wet. Did you mist the pad with QD or a little water prior to buffing? How much product did you use?
