You know they have some standard that the chef must observe? I think the peking duck must have something like 85 slices and must be done in 3 minutes... Saw this on some china show...

aiya.. that one show only.. talk talk action action only.. act pro ma.. in real life who practice that.. i come from a F & B family.... never seen anyone to date to practice on a daily basis.. chef will not slice the duck also.. its the captain who does that..
