Jus use water is good enough [nod][nod][nod]

bro, other alternative is to run engine for awhile, go for a drive.. the air flow shd dry out the filter pretty quickly too. [nod]

the one occasion i washed i didn't need to drive out for awhile after tt. so i placed it under the sun [sunny]

that's exactly what i meant. ur filter is metal mesh, it wun hold that much water that it will damage the engine [;)]

No lah. A little water won't do much harm. Just dry up when it enter the hot combustion chamber.

Just replace it & run it while stationery. Blow blow a bit then take it for a spin. Most it sputter a bit then it sud b clear.

i think u confused it with driving thru flooding. that's a different ball game altogether.

pple actually release water into engine very carefully when it's running. to allow the steam to clear carbon. the amount of water used is far more than what the wet mesh of the hurricane filter can hold

I'm using Hurricane SS and wash it every 5000km

I run through with water, gently scrub with a toothbrush and dry it with a hairdryer. [;)]
