Raycsk Neutral Newbie May 12, 2003 Share May 12, 2003 Anyone know where I can get the weight charts for OZ rims? A website would be preferred. If anyone has the data, please send it to me. Thanks ↡ Advertisement

GDIzen Neutral Newbie May 12, 2003 Share May 12, 2003 I found out 16" SuperTurismo was 17.6lbs or 8kg per wheel which is not that bad compared with some of the other makes listed. Some are even heavier at 20lbs. BTW, I found out that Hamann wheels are made by OZ! Hah!
Saaber Neutral Newbie May 12, 2003 Share May 12, 2003 not too bad....

Saaber Neutral Newbie May 12, 2003 Share May 12, 2003 too light weight means easier to damage from hitting potholes or huge stones...
Virus 2nd Gear May 12, 2003 Share May 12, 2003 Just curious, is there such rim make of Titanium?? Very Hard and very Light Should be very ex too.
Raycsk Neutral Newbie May 13, 2003 Author Share May 13, 2003 Yes. But I would think that they are a composite titanium Alloy otherwise they would cost quite abit. Thtianium rims are said to be as strong as Aluminium but lighter. I understand that now you can get such rims made from Taiwan at Euro Alloy prices.
