Yes to better heat transfer, no to better FC & power.

then why is it called water wetter? it sounds like something to make water a little wetter than normal.

Its sort of a wetting agent.

1. WW + Distilled water

2. WW + Coolant, Water (50:50)

 

The former method will reduce the temp the most.

U can try playing with the coolant concentration ratio. Make it 30/70 or 40/60 will see better results as compared to 50/50.

If you mix with the original antifreeze in the coolant, it might. WW best use neat with water.

WW no need to mix 50:50 with water. It is something like one bottle for x Litre/Gallons of water. Needs very little.
