But many seem to disagree, saying it's the driver's ability to control the vehicle, but not the speed that matters. So how does one explain the case of the Toyota Vios driven by a 28 yr old travelling at 160km/h (more than twice the legal speed limit) Changi Coast Rd that crashed into a DHL truck? I wont swerve to avoid birds... =========================== I wont swerve to avoid any animals unless i'm very sure it is safe to do so. Many pple natural reaction is to swerve but it's safer to just run over the animal unless it's a cow or elephant.
