1) Wet performance

2) Dry Performance

3) Noise Level

4) Wear rate.

agreed.but do a search n u know who to ask for a gd old discount.Tat again,when u compare spec to spec,is just like comparing a 1.6L jap car to a 2.0L kimchi.

i recently got GR 80 for my firend's camry ...not bad ....grip in wet and dry is good. noise level is very good but i hear that as it has a soft sidewall, the waer rate of GR80 is bad.....it wont last as long

SP9000 i dunno

but personally for my own 17 inch, i would go for michelin PS or conti CPC 3, dunno if it has your size and fits your budget

U might wanna consider Regal as it's Dunlop's budget brand and tread exactly same as SP9000.

I've used SP9000 with the same size and here is my comments:

1) wet Performance : very good

2) Dry : Not too bad too, but could be better

3) Noise : Believe me you, it is better than Yoko DB

4) Wear rate : Not sure as I've sold my car after 1 year of usage

5) Comfort : Good

I think the Dunlop SP9000 is from Japan. Hope that helps. Cheers!

so your budget is around $85 per pc?

let's see... ever considered BFGoodrich GForce Sport also at $85 per pc?

and there is Goodyear Eagle F1 if you're willing to spend slightly more. [:)]
